Every part of a Bestway frame is shot-peened to bright steel, rounding the corners and preparing for paint. Then, after a five-stage wash and treatment process, the powder is applied to the preheated metal and baked at 410* F. The resulting superior finish resists solvents, chemical and fertilizer and minimizes the effect of corrosion and humidity. Also, with no VOC emissions, the manufacturing process is environmentally responsible.
